It's Fast and Easy to View and Pay your Bills Online

West Alameda Heights Sanitation Service, Inc. (WAHSSI) is excited to offer residents an easy and secure way to view, print and pay their bills online. We support electronic presentment (viewing) and billing because it is more convenient for residents and better for the environment.

Online Bill Payment, in partnership with InvoiceCloud, offers the following benefits:

• No sign up fees
• Access, view and pay your bills online, at your convenience
• Paying your bill online is faster and easier than writing a check and mailing it
• You can pay with electronic check or credit/debit card
• You have the option to pay immediately or schedule a payment
• You may choose to eliminate paper invoices to reduce clutter and help the environment
• Save a Stamp - No charge to pay online with e-check

Use of a charge card will incur a convenience fee. WAHSSI receives only your bill payment amount. Convenience fees cover various administrative costs associated with accepting payments and are non-refundable.

The convenience fee when using a credit card is a flat rate of $3.75.

There is no convenience fee when using an electronic check.

The convenience fee amount is automatically calculated and is shown on the payment page before you submit your payment for processing. Convenience fees will appear as a separate charge from the bill amount on your credit card statement.

Billing

Sewer service is billed every two months for service already provided and therefore due upon billing. Please note your account will be considered delinquent if not paid in full by the 25th of the billing month and a 10% penalty will be added.
